"Never again!"

The staff did come to make up the room after 4 days because I specially requested it. So that was good.

I couldn't change my booking dates because they said the national manager apparently said that was "against theory policy and that they were fully booked out." I saw just 3 other guests, and all other rooms were vacant for the entire week. There was a dirty band and in the sink when we arrived too!
