The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed warmly by the security officer, Issa Omar, who took my luggage to the concierge. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. She even offered to change my room from city view to Haram view 😍 thank you. The room was sooo spacious and comfortable! The breakfast almost took my breath away. Staff at the restaurant was very attentive, offered me drink on my table, and the food variety was killing me - too many for a 3-star hotel!! Breakfast was so amazing! During the breakfast they served fried rice with sambal Hitam. For Malaysians and Indonesians sambal Hitam is so rare in Saudi Arabia, and they serve it here. It was delicious! Pleaseeee keep up everything you have here - the friendly staff, the breakfast, clean spacious room. I will definitely come back again 👌

Excellent Stay – Great Location and Comfortable Rooms I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The location is fantastic, making it very convenient to access everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and an excellent size for a twin room, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. I genuinely have no negative comments. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Madinah.

From the moment we arrived at Mysk Al Balad, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The reception staff were amazing throughout our stay, always friendly, professional, and happy to help. A special mention also goes to Nur, the bellman, who was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.Our room was perfect, with a stunning view that made our honeymoon even more special. Maksud went above and beyond with the beautiful honeymoon setup, adding thoughtful touches that made our stay feel truly unforgettable.The housekeeping team also deserves huge recognition. Rhidoy and Mehedi took incredible pride in their work, ensuring our room was spotless every day and always maintained to the highest standard. They were genuinely caring, always greeted us with a smile, and made us feel completely at home. It’s staff like them who create such a warm, positive atmosphere and make a hotel stay truly memorable.The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What really sets Mysk Al Balad apart is the way the staff treat you—not as just another guest, but as if you’re part of their family. its a great location step into Masjid Nabwi as you come out from the hotel. lot of shops and resturants around the hotel at walking distance.

الفندق موقعه ممتاز أمام المسجد النبوي مباشرة موظفين الاستقبال قمة في الذوق استقبال ممتاز وطلبت غرفة تطل ع المسجد النبوي وتم توفير الغرفة لي عمال الفندق يقومون بأي شيء يطلب , اذا طلبت زجاجتين ماء يأتون بأربع والابتسابة وعبارات الترجيب على السنتهم الغرفة كبيرة جدا أكبر من المتوقع فيه 4 أسانسير يعملون بكفاءة ونظيفة جدا والتكييف جيد جدا والغزل جيد والسراير مريحة

الاضاءة جيدة ولكن كانت أفضل لو فيه أي اضاءة في السقف , الاضاءة من الاباجورات فقط الحمام صغير وتدفق الماء ليس قويا
