Excellent stay! I truly loved everything about this hotel. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. The only very small point is that the shower was a little small, but it did not affect my stay at all. What made this hotel truly exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to thank Rafik, Ansar, Anzoul, Abdullahi, and the entire housekeeping and restaurant team. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. Their kindness and excellent service made a real difference. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.
