Neat and clean, adjacent to mosque, cooperative staff.

The only issue is parking, Parking is not available in hotel. The other thing is the name, on booking.com it is other and on building its other name.

Clean, comfortable and close to haram, plus the front desk staff was so welcoming and cooperative. They upgraded my room to haram view without extra charges, Yousef was great for the upgrade and a kind lady extended our checkout time without questions.

Shower flow was weak

فطور صباح مكرر 6/10 تعشيت مرتين كان فقط اكل ماليزي م يشمل العربي والخبز كان فيه عفن و كلمنا مشرف 2/10 اتمنى منهم تطوير الاكل لازم يضيفو مشاوي لان الجميع ياكلها ويحبها لازم الاكل يكون فرش ومايكون بايت ( الحلى) لازم المتابعه و الاشراف ف صلاحية الاكل .. بعيد 10-12 د مصلى نساء

Yeşil kubbeye bakan harika bir manzaraya sahip bir odada kaldık. Siyah çay, yeşil çay ve çözünebilir kahve seçenekleri vardı. İsterseniz daha fazlasını da getirebiliyorlardı. Diş fırçası ve çeşitli banyo malzemeleri de eksik değildi. Oda temizliği yapan arkadaşlar her şeyi tamamlıyordu. Lobi kafedeki ürünler kaliteli ve fiyatları da oldukça uygundu. Pizza sipariş ettik ve gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Ravza girişine yakın bir konumdaydı ve kadınlar kısmına ulaşmak da oldukça kolaydı. Personelin sıcak tutumu ve yardımseverliği için teşekkür ederiz. Bu oteli sıkça tercih edebiliriz.

Televizyon pek de kullanışlı değildi aslında. Kumandalar ya çalışmıyordu ya da pilleri bitmişti. Odada fazla vakit geçirmediğimiz için çok da önemsemedik.
