Tien Hotel Georgetown

Central location.

Room was very small. Bathroom was in the bedroom, enclosed in glass, and literally was a step from the bed. Bathroom had no door-only a curtain. No kettle in room. Had to use a shared space to make tea which was like a YMCA or student residence. No parking was available when we arrived,although advertised as having private parking. When I stated this, I was told to park on the street- not acceptable. We did get a space in the hotel opposite us the next day.

The location and the staff. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Windows cannot open.

Die Terrassen und die Sauberkeit sind sehr gut.

Nachts war etwas laut, insbesondere am Wochenende, wenn die Stadt Party macht.

Great renovated Hotel, quaint and very clean. great area the roof top terrace the Jacuzi (not a pool) very clean and great Fantastic location ....as it is on Chulia street can be a little noisy but the triple glazing really works. ! we will come back here in aheart beat , free parking across the street at the Chulia Mansion (same owners) What a wonderful place at less than 260 RM per night.

You need a (cheap) Microwave in the Kitchen area.....and thst's all

The location was perfect, close to cafes and food. The hotel was lovely and the staff were superb.

Bilik terlalu kecil saya minta tambah 1 blik lagi yang kosong sebleah bilik kami, sedang bilik dah check out, tetapi manager tersebut tidak memberi kebenaran untuk menambah bilik tersebebut. Dia minta kami berpindah ke Chulia Street Hotel dihadapan hotel tersebut dan tambah bayaran lagi. Sedangkan saya dah bayar untuk 2 bilik untuk hotel ini, cuma perlu tambah 1 bilik yang kosong.

Manager Tien Hotel George Town perlu belajar macam mana buat business, bilik kosong just sewakan tetapi dia tak nak...bodohkan

The location was great and very convenient to the local bars and restaurants. The suite was spacious and had high ceilings.

The toilet was see through visible to the shower and sink as well was the room. The painted glass wasn’t enough to cover. The roof top pool was small and felt falsely advertised from the pictures on line. No restaurant or bar as mentioned online.
