La chambre est spacieuse, l’emplacement idéal pour les gourmands, la piscine à laquelle nous avons accès à n’importe quelle heure

La posizione è centrale e davvero molto comoda.

I cuscini e i muri erano visibilmente sporchi. La piscina che alla fine si è rivelata una vasca da bagno era in manutenzione e quindi nemmeno utilizzabile. Non c'è il servizio di lavanderia, il personale è abbastanza scortese poco disponibile.

Street noise and adjoining room noise. Very loud noise from neighbours using simple items such as hairdryers. Room wall, connecting doors and windows need to be improved to improve silence.

Modern, clean rooms. Intimate and quirky. Central to everything in George Town. Would recommend, just take note of my negatives. Special shout out to the Manager and assistant who organised a great driver for us to use at a reasonable price. They also organised a later checkout on our last day.

Pool was under maintenance. Would have picked a different hotel if we'd known. One of the reception staff spoke absolutely no English, all others were fantastic. They advertise that their reception is open until 11pm but when we arrived there was a sign on the door saying closes at 7pm and to ring a mobile number. Someone did come quite quickly but a momentary panic at 10pm at night.

Emplacement parfait. Petit parking géré par un local à proximité et nous avons payé 8 RM par jour. Parfait. Cuisine et salon top pour déjeuner sur place.

La piscine laisse à désirer / n’a pas l’air très propre. Les WC sont séparés juste par un rideau de la chambre. Aucune intimité.

No breakfast but great bakery nearby as the hotel is in a central location

Rooms were not cleaned for the week we were there. We had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper
