The overall scenery was beautiful and the massage was great. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us as best as they could.

It was very cold at night and there was no heating sufficient to warm us up. Plus there was a LOT of wasps in the area that entered the rooms. To get rid of them, the staff had to fumigate the rooms which left a very unpleasant odor that did not go away.

Por el precio.... las instalaciones dejan mucho que deseen volver. No tienen personal que te ayude a bajar equipaje, el restaurante no esta abierto . Rente una cabaña familiar, huele mucho a humedad las sábanas, almohadas, toallas etc etc en pésimas condiciones . El baño de la habitación principal no servía ....salimos a la 1 de la tarde y querían cobrar extra Que lastima ....necesitan cambiar de administrador

El lugar muy bonito , el restaurante bueno y muy tranquilo , los paisajes en especial por la noche se ven magicos

Las instalaciones del baño de una de las cabañas , muy mal tiraba agua todo el tiempo , la limpieza deficiente había cabellos por todos lados el agua caliente no salió y la fogata de ethanol promete durar más tiempo según el personal aproximadamente hasta las 2 am , no llego ni a las 12 am , así que a las 4 se siente muchísimo frío
