Much appreciated that my Son & I were allowed to check in early after an almost 4 hour drive. Unfortunately, they shut the water…so we had not toilet. We were told it would be ONE hour; OVER FIVE hours later NOTHING. No one bothered to give us a follow up! When we checked out; they would not let us leave until one of their staff walked to the cabin to make sure it was ok. Also, from the thermal waters they promote online; you’re basically “told” to go to the small one ( maybe the size of two jacuzzi’s). Others look as if it’s drying out, or too dirty. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Excellent location

The family cabin is fantastic - it's well equipped, has a cozy fireplace and comfortable beds with a lot a blankets to keep one warm on a chilly night. Also the place is amazing - you are right in the middle of a forest and you can choose if you want to stay in the hot springs or take a walk among the trees.

At the property everything is ridiculously expensive. They even charge for the internet, something one doesn't come across too often these days. All the supplies you need - from wood for the chimney and to the beers I recommend getting from various stores along the road. But what I disliked most is that for some unknown reason the owners of the resort filled the hot springs half way with stones and sand. A few years ago those were deep natural basins with a lot of hot jets rising from the bottom, but now those are knee deep puddles with almost no hot springs left. The main attraction has been practically ruined. I don't think I'll ever be coming back.

I was charged two times and this is theft. I have nothing against the property, which in itself is great. But unfortunately someone from the staff has tried to scam me by charging me twice for the room. I’ve already made a dispute with me credit card company. So I hope that whoever is responsible for this theft suffers the consequences.

The rooms do not have enough heating, bathrooms out of water. Staff is not well trained to provide a pleasant stay.

When we arrived, Los Azufres told us that they didn't have a record of my reservation through Booking.com. Later they said they found the reservation but that it wasn't paid. I told them that Booking said I would pay at the site but that didn't seem to matter.

it was a great room, but since we got there late the staff was annoyed and half asleep many things went wrong

the facility staff was very upset that we arrived late and they provided me only with 5 controls for 2 cabins and at check out time swore they gave us 6, so I had to pay a deposit when I kept insisting that I did not need a control it would useless for me to steal since that is what they assumed. They do now allow dogs but owners/staff have like 6 dogs and they kept going in n out of dinning area and the worst part into the kitchen where they cook.
