"Fue maravilloso disfrutar del fresco clima de montaña con mi pareja."

La naturaleza, observar el aprovechamiento de la geotermia para producir luz. Es un espectáculo de nubes impresionante. Si voy a regresar a Laguna Larga.

El precio solo incluye el hospedaje. Debería ofrecer un desayuno por $1900.00, que pagas por una noche, creo que bien vale la pena.

We got the tent package and was able to include the new years dinner it was so nice. it was a little cold but they had a fire set up for us lots of blankets. the dinner was great too. we got to enjoy the thermal waters and they were so nice!

It was really cold and the day we stayed they didn’t come and turn on the combustible for the indoor heating system so the room was super cold.

"Zero Stars"

I was traveling with a colleague, with whom the staff of the facility had an issue from the past. Unfortunately, they dealt with it in a very confrontational and aggressive way. These dynamics completed impacted the experience I had there and I will not likely recommend it or return again. The issues could have been dealt with in a more professional and discreet way, we were only there for 24 hours and it was entirely spent in conflict.

5 staff surrounded our table at dinner and carried on a public conversation in the restaurant about their issues for the duration of the meal. Despite it having nothing to do with me and also information I had not heard before. The issue was about an event that was more than 3 years prior with my colleague. The staff then posted themselves outside the room, following my colleague around. There were many group dynamics and conversations around the issue that made the stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
