"The perfect luxury place to stay in Chacahua"

The beachfront location was amazing, the rooms were stunning, Joaquin & Cristina were incredible, caring, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The terrace was outstanding and the food was great. 100% experience!

"we were not given the large room i had reserved 3 weeks before on booking ..."

i liked the hired help..the bartenders and cleaning staff...

in the pictures below the room on the right was the one i booked .. we were given the room on the left. we were not given the room i paid for... i asked for help from manager owner and they never responded.. we had to book another room because the room for my daughter since the room we were given was too small for 2 people.. the manager refused to talk to us... breakfast was an extra charge after paying $125 a night for a room in a remote village.

i thought there should have been at least a small breakfast for the price of the room... i had the best room in the house facing the beach.. when i saw the other rooms i realized that made a big difference.
