Hotel Sanmara

The staff was kind. Beautiful view. Good music on the roof.

I came with a friend who had stayed here before. She said it was worth the price because they set up transportation for the guests to and from the area. They did daily cleaning. Supposedly they had hot water. It was pricey but I figured it would be get the top experience. I think they got completely new staff that was trying to adjust. The room smelled a bit strange. My friend who had stayed here before said nothing was the same. The staff was nice, but they were busy and seemed understaffed. They also stopped providing rides to town. There was no cleaning service, and there was no hot water. I don’t feel as though I got my moneys worth.

The location of the hotel is right on spot, away from everything but a 10 min walk away. The rooftop pool is amazing and overall it's a very relaxing place. Gaya was the best hostess, very kind and very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful beach, view from balcony was incredible. A short walk to the town and restaurants. They will pick you up or drop you off with luggage . Loved the rooftop for workouts.

The food was good. The location was excellent!

No hot water but it wasn't a big deal.
