Ski lift is just outside of the hotel’s ski store room. only 30 secs walk to ski gear rental shop. You can book your ski course at the concierge. Super convenient if you plan for skiing. Kids and family friendly hotel with caring & friendly staff. They are all very helpful. Room with balcony & Mountain View. All board 3 meals and snack are included. they provide nice and variety of foods. Many choices of fruits and dessert. Clean and warm hotel! There is a toddler play room and also a game room for young kids. Free car park and it’s around 1 hr 15 min drive from Salzburg airport. There are lots of shop and restaurants within 5 mins drive. Better book in advance as this hotel is always full. Will definitely come back next winter.

Only minor thing is you have to pay for drinks for lunch and dinner.

Great location in the hill. Beautiful hotel and wonderful food.

I have never slept in a narrower room..(number 122). I explicitly warned that I wanted a double bed, both when booking and then by email, and I was promised it. Instead, my wife and I received a 2 by 2 meter room, with two single beds, separated by a desk between them. It was more like a tourist dormitory or a two-star hotel, not a four... The maid hid in the hallway behind the trolley all day, chatting on the phone, not cleaning the rooms. There is no toilet on the entire ground floor, where the lobby bar, restaurant, and reception are. There is a single one one floor down in the SPA or in the rooms on the floors. The food was disgusting, the portions on the menu are smaller than in a gourmet restaurant. And I sincerely recommend that the chef (a foreigner) visit a traditional Austrian restaurant a little further up in the village. For the first time in my life I ate clear goulash soup without any tomatoes inside, and goulash stew, also without tomatoes or tomato sauce, green in color... In conclusion, if you see a small hotel in Austria that is not run by Austrians, run far away....
