I loved the facilitis, the short way to lhe lifts, the Sercvice Shutle, the Staff at the hotell and the Clean and delikate roms, and the food was perfect. And that the hotell where located in a quiet bautiful place to be🤩🤩🤩☀️☀️☀️We will be back next Year

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with great facilities and fantastic, friendly staff who can’t do enough to help you. The breakfast was amazing.

The rooms, the location, the staff, especially maja and dragaan and the concierge desk in charge.

The food was so subpar, very limited options, and what they did have was catered to only a specific audience appeal. Not much in terms of vegetarian or gluten free. Some nights the grilled chicken was so salty, none of our kids ate it. They really need to up their game on the food. The dessert and salad was good but mains/ starter/ kids options- no

Location, Hotel accommodation & Facilities, Friendly staff and Food offer = Excellent . You can exit the hotel with the skis on and on first slope experience perfect slopes or powder trails. The breakfast where you don't know what to choose, the approach the staff has towards you, the personal touch of the chef who prepares perfect scrambled eggs for you in the morning, to chocolate milk and waffles for the youngest. Countless options for choosing teas and coffees will certainly make your day more beautiful right from the start. Lift/elevator, in most cases I decided to walk (which is not so bad), but when in full ski equipment, in a warm hotel, climbing to the second floor of the sand is sometimes exhausting and sweaty.

Very good value for money! Staff clearly made a big effort to provide excellent service. Location is very convenient for skiing located directly at two lifts. It is slightly remote from the city, but the hotel has a shuttle service and they are very happy to drive you on request. Breakfast buffet was lovely and we were spoiled for choices.

The spa and pool area is lovely, but too small for the size of the hotel, so very over crowded.

Ski access, spa, rooms, facilities for kids, hard to think of anything there’s not to like.

Everyone speaks Croatian to each other, staff and guests. They all are. So if you’re not a Croat, you might feel out of place. We did. There’s no international vibe like in other hotels at all.
