the hotel is gorgeous , the view is spectacular and the ski lift is very close.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the roots and thats annoying

The hotel is realy close to the ski lifts (Schaidbergbahn and Achenrainbahn). I recommend including dinner if you have such option. Staff, service, SPA, breakfast etc. - all at the highest level.

We had very strange view from the window: a wall with painted picture. I'm willing to believe that a five-star hotel can have rooms with such view, but they should hardly cost 450 euros per night!

The location of the hotel, very good food, clean rooms, so kindly personality.

The management couldn’t manage the drunken guest group disturbing the others relaxation…

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was lovely from the room and view to facilities and food. They offer this amazing snack in the afternoon for all guests which is so nice and filling. Especially for a family with young children who would go to bed early. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for families.
