location is great

Food used to be a lot better with previous owners. very confusing invoice. they charged one ski rental too much. took weeks and 20 emails to get money back.

Close to perfection. Great comfy rooms , beautiful views, super clean, everything you forgot home + more is in your bathroom package. Coffee/tea maker, some free cool beverages, daily chocolate "service". Skiing? Put on your pre warmed ski boots, grab skis open the door of the ski room and you are 10m from the gate to a ski lift of the wonderful Obertauern resort. Tickets? They sell them at the reception. Wellnesing? Lovely pool, 3 saunas, salt cave, outer jacuzzi (imagine snow flakes falling on your head while sitting in the hot tub. Magical.). Choice of tea, cold beverages for free. Fruits and nuts too. Fitness, massages, .. Kids? Superb. Playstation room, animation programs for the youngest, family activities room (billiard, table tennis, calceto. Family hours in the wellness center including saunas. Enjoy fine dining? Superb culinary 4 course menu paired with very good salads and cheese buffets. But what strikes your eyes and tongue is the heavenly deserts. And by the way, breakfast is equally superb. And free afternoon brunch. Don't count on loosing weight.

Err.. this is hard, let me think... Yes, I have something. Quite a few of Austrian wines were sold out. Why? I was looking forward to test them. Stock up! Otherwise nothing. If you have any problems with this hotel, you really need to see a specialist. Trust me.
