We have stayed at this facility before, the ambience is very good and the location is nice.

The facility had a very cold room and heating was provided by a small electric heater. There is no insulation in the windows and they transmit a lot of noise. The people living there make noise very early in the morning. We accidentally broke a wine glass and they charged us 10 lari. (3.72 dolars)
