The hostess is helpful. She puts us in contact with her daughter who speaks well in english. The location of the guesthouse is good. They even offered us a bottle of wine. Recommended!!

"Superb"

Amazing room for the price! It comes with its own different glasses for tea, wine and coffee, a large mirror, and a very weak side lamp which is perfect if you want light but not too much of it.

The shower curtain is too short. The water pressure in the shower is very weak

The location was perfect! A few minutes' walk to most popular places. Very clean and spacious as well. Old timey outdoors, filled with plants and antiques. Owner was very nice, showed us around the first day and offered me some wine as well! There's a shop and vegetable shop built right next to the property, which was very convenient. Wifi was super fast. Streets nearby are lively till late night, and the location is a 3-4 minute walk from Freedom Square.

It's definitely a bit scary at night. We arrived at 5 am and didn't realize where the property was, but the owner helped us. We had to wait a little for her to come, and that part was definitely scary. Not a problem with the property, but it's not easy to identify the property by yourself.

The owner is lovely, she has a shop also where we could get everything we needed. The room is cute, spacious warm and clean. It's a great location and everything is walkable.

"Not what it seems"

The hotel was an old house in Bad shape. No heating or air condition in the room, it was freezing cold inside and dark even at the day time. Staff doesn't speak any foreign language even at the beginner level. The lady asked us to pay the whole bill two minutes after our arrival. The location is good but there are many other possibilities in the neighborhood. I will go back to Tiflis but I sure won't stay at this hotel. People who gave positive comments should pay my money back.
