very central, locally owned, amazing beds and big room with all you need. Excellent value for money, especially when you want to go out in the lovely area.

The drain was smelly in the morning.

The stay looked something out of a fairy tale movie. It was beautiful and the hostess was very friendly and kept in touch through whatsapp, helped book us taxis and everything. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean and great location.

The stairs are hard to get out of incase you have luggage..so be prepared for that.

Apartment was not as clean as we expected. And what we dont like that owners family was always in the place

Nice , cosy place, old Tbilisi down town, everything you need is around, small market shop is just above the place. Rooms are self contained with all necessary staff you would need, actually the only you need in Tbilisi is wine opener)) City square and most of the city attractions are 10-15 min from the place. I highly recommend this place for spending unforgettable time in the capital.
