Nice ancient building

Room has a vent, thought you can cook, but no. On the outside you can cook, keep items in refrigerator a common place

Beautiful house, cosy garden, great location and very hospitable host

The place has no charm; it's just an old building with lots of junk. Hot water was not stable. There was no proper noise isolation.

I like everything! The location, the atmosphere of the apartment, the host Diana! Many thanks, and I will come back again!!! It is very safe place, at the center of the city, at the heart of the old town of Tbilisi, near to the metro station, If you want to take, lots of cafes and small local stores around and next to it.

It's a very homely environment. The hosts are very sweet it's not just a room with beds. You have a sofa, bed and a small kitchenette in the room. Doesn't come with an air conditioner but it didn't really matter to us.

Our host Diana was a amazing lady , she was so careful for the guest , once we reach she served us with the georgian drinks, friendly, welcoming , According its name it's , the 19th century hotel is really historical, but from inside all good.

Good location, helpful staff, good and comfortable room

There is no one speaking English but only via Whatsapp they communicate in English. If you dont have internet it can be hard to find and settle down
