Sojourn at DuPont Place

Nice place. I thought it was a hotel but it was more like an AirBnB

Tv had connection issues. Couldn’t watch anything on it. Desk light non-functioning.

Location Quiet

Terrible water pressure in shower. Requested a coffee maker in room, but didn’t receive.

Very quaint. Private. Clean.

No breakfast provided. No staff on site. Was able to reach staff without issue.

The bathroom was a little small. There was no elevator. The stairs to bed are slippery.

The front door was broken , meaning anybody could enter without the pass code. They did accommodate me because my original room smelled of heavy smoke fumes , so they switched my room , to the building with the broken door , the vanity in the bathroom was crumbling , it’s time to update the place , because for the price i paid $120+ per night for the standard room , the upgraded room , should of been of better quality

This location was more like an Air B&B than a hotel. Everything was great with the exception of the ceiling height at the top of the stairs. I am only 6'1" tall, and I hit my head on the ceiling in that location many times. I could tell I was not the only one that had that problem either as the paint was discolored in that location. Other than that the place was amazing. Especially for the price and location.

The room was super clean and cozy. I enjoyed the stay there and had a pleasant two days with my parents. There is a main bed room on the 2nd floor and a sofa bed on the ground floor. It's located in a quiet corner with many greens and about 10-15mins to the Old George Town, where we enjoyed a lot.

There is no elevator inside the building so it's not that convenient to old people who need to climb the steps with heavy luggages. Just a kind reminder.

Conveniently located near a larger and more expensive hotel that was hosting a national convention.
