到着と同時10:30頃部屋に入れた事とゲレンデ近くて楽でした 西館よりサービスなども良かった 売店のマックさんが娘をとても可愛がってくれました

It‘s very convenient to ski as we can ski in and out. The staff are very helpful. They can speak different languages.

If more shops can be provided, that would be better.

Perfect location, ski in-ski out. Great Onsen. Buffet breakfast was extensive. could be improved with a casual lounge area for guests.

Rooms for 3 or 4 are compact. Could use some hooks for hanging small items/towels/yukata

施設内は綺麗で居心地が良かったです。 夕食も種類が豊富にあって大変満足しました。

お風呂場の浴場の上の窓が全部開いていて、とても寒かったです。

The buffet dinner each night was very impressive with lots of variety and great service. Renting from the Ski Shop in the lobby was quick and easy, and the employees were very helpful.

I wished the Dining hall was open all day for guests to sit and watch the skiers come down the slopes. The windows are great for observation but the hall closes at certain times throughout the day.
