Facilities like hot bath, free use of washing machine and dryer, easy to use lockers for ski equipment, prince buses to visit other areas on the mountain.

The sometimes slippery slope down to take the public bus to the slopes. Ski gear rental quite pricey, but quality was good.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The room was a good functional design with limited space, but beautiful views of the mountains. Bathroom arrangements were very good with separate WC shower and vanity areas. The breakfast buffet was superb with many options available. The Onsen bath was perfect after a day of skiing. Reception staff were wonderful and helpful, especially when we needed to modify an experience booking, the staff made a phone call for us and spoke inJapanese to the tour guide, which we really appreciated.

The washing machines were inadequates in number and no timing indication, so you could not tell when to return at end of cycle. No table or chairs in rooms, we were able to sit on beds with backrests during the day but a table would have been helpful.

The location close to the slopes and the lift is great, the staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was really good and a room with a big window and slopes view!

The carpet in the room was with stains like it was fluded before - not a good impression.

Neat, comfortable hotel with ski in/out facilities. Equipment hire shop in lobby. Onsen for post skiing relaxation.

It was a great ski in/out resort however, even though the family ski park was at this prince hotel location, the beginner ski runs were at a different part of the mountain. Only intermediate level runs were at this specific ski lift. My kids loved the family snow park and spent their time there from opening until closing. My kids (3&5) ate free thank goodness.

Only intermediate runs from this ski lift. Hours for the family park were 10-3:30 so wished they had longer hours. If you like a firm bed then you’d love it but I did not sleep well the whole weekend. The food options were limited and thankfully the exchange rate is as good as it is because the prices were outrageous for what foood was offered. So glad my kids are free. They say there is western food but I didn’t really see it at all. For what it cost 1 adult to have the dinner buffet, normally is what it costs for my whole family to eat sushi back home a few hours away.

Great location. Ski in ski out. Decent onsen

Expensive accommodation. Breakfast not included and was expensive.

Perfect location in regard to skiing options and facilities. Very good food, we had half board option, which was definitively a good option given that there are only a few options for dinning. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Very uncomfortable bedding and pillows. Onsen was average.
