風呂が、洗体場と浴槽が別の場所で、ゆったりした感じで入浴できなかった。

proximity to the ski lifts, also staff was extremely polite and friendly

the hotel would need an uplift. Also, it was kind of overpriced given that half of the lifts did not work. I understand this is not hotel's fault but again working ski lifts were priced in.

ゲレンデに直結。スキー場の雪質は最高でした。

食事が酷い。ホテル内の食べ物は、美味しいものがなく、不当に高い。高額ブュッフェ以外の選択肢がほぼない。他に行くところがないので、みんな仕方なく、ここで食べるしかない。連泊では、部屋掃除もタオル交換もなし。タオル交換頼むと、嫌な感じの対応。ベッドが窮屈なことを除けば、1泊ならお部屋自体は耐えられるが、値段には到底見合わない。 2度と使用することは無いとおもいますが、インバウンドで来ている外国人をバカにしたような設備とサービスには、呆れます。せっかく海外から来た人に、これが日本のホテル、日本人の対応とは思ってほしくないですね。 プリンスホテルとは名ばかり。

Ski in and out

Inaccessible without car. Bus system is confusing. And hard to go between West, South and East wing. Food is incredibly expensive and not good.

Ski in & out is most excellent

Food are normal, it can be better

The room and bed were too small.

La situation au pied des pistes de ski et la facilité pour obtenir des forfaits de remontées mécaniques et pour louer du matériel.

Un peu trop grand et une salle de restaurant immense et bruyante et ressemblant plus à un hall de gare. Personnel occupé et accueil impersonnel.
