Amazing place

The domes were surprisingly roomy with a mini fridge in the room. Great location to the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Loved the "outdoor" shower. Was a great place to stay for the value.

Air conditioner wasn't working on our room but Juan Pablo did his best to get it fixed. We eventually had to move rooms. Also there was no coffee maker as was listed on the amenities.

Amazing and unique stay. I didn't expect wifi and a hot shower, but this place has it! Great location, friendly staff, clean room, great AC. A very unique experience but very clean and comfortable at the same time. Would highly recommend!

The pods are cool, but pretty basic. Location is good.

Where to start, there was flooding when we stayed here which is absolutely no fault of the hotel. What was the fault of the hotel is the complete lack of empathy, communication or help. We had to vacate the property at midnight due to waste high flooding, we told the owner at 9pm it was flooded, they were completely and utterly hopeless and provided no help. Luckily there was a hotel across the street with amazing staff who helped us, we heard back from the owners at 2pm the next day who asked if we had left anything, at this point we had left the island. No response when requesting a refund as we only stayed one night out of 5. Honestly avoid this place like the plague, one of the worst stays we have ever had. Booking.com were also extremely poor in helping out too.

Concept, location, price

The concept is great and the area cosy and atmospheric. But I wish someone would have told us to not open our suitcases at all times. A mouse went into our luggage ( there is no room to store the suitcases) and jumped out right on us. We did have food in the luggage (wrapped in plastic) so word of warning any food definitely put in the fridge to avoid unwanted pests as it is technically ‘glamping’. We reported the incident to the staff who offered to change our room which we agreed to. We then went into the new room (the pod at the very end on the right) and it was infested with bed bugs. We chose to go back to the room with the mouse instead of the bed bug infested one! The owner and staff were notified about the bed bugs and only two days after guests were placed in the same pod. This is the biggest issue we’ve had with the staff as they were made well aware of the bed bug issue yet went ahead and placed people in that room anyway. The other issues were that there was no light in the bathroom (which we reported and never got fixed) and having no window causing smell of damp in the room. On top of this the cleaning is very superficial and mouse poison and poo was left behind the fridge which is very unhygienic. Overall we stayed 6 nights and we really wanted to enjoy the experience, but the pests on the first night put a dampener on the experience. Albeit at least it didn’t break the bank but if you can afford to pay more elsewhere then I’d advise to do so.
