Nice gardens, manager always eager to help. Even before we arrived I was sent a list of activities, transport options and restaurants. We could also borrow an umbrella. Very good service! Cool bathroom with skylight in the shower.

The roof leaks. We had puddles of water in the room. Since the room doesn't offer any shelves to put your big backpack/suitcases on these will inevitably be placed on the floor i.e. in the puddles of water. Poor wifi.

Interesting, modern design Cozy atmosphere inside the rooms

For what we paid it was worth it. The location was perfect and close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean, but small. The cleaning lady was really nice.

We found that some of the staff didn’t really follow through with our requests or was present during our stay.

When we arrived at Frequency we were very disappointed. The room was nothing like the pictures, no fridge, coffee machine or chairs. The domes are clearly affected by moisture damage and mould, which isn’t healthy to stay in. After spending less than an hour we decided to find another place to stay. The domes are located next to a swamp, which is causing the amount of mosquitoes to be extreme, even the local taxi driver commented on this. We have tried to reach out to the owner through WhatsApp and on booking, but we have never heard from him.

I like the camping set, the surrounding nature

on the description of the facility, there are misleading information or simply wrong wrong information. there is no welcome drink with prosecco as weitten, there is no kitchen or bar, no laundry or simply an area. the reception the 50% of the time was empty and there was no one to ask things even tho the pwner was available through whatsapp. the room was dirty especially in the bathroom. the light of the bathroom was not working (we requested a technician on pur secon day) and there was not hot water and at one point there was not water at all, therefore i cpuld not shower. the tv as well was not working properly. to be honest is not worth it 55 euro per night. it os definetly overrated. this kind of hotel should be maximum 25 per night.

The host was kind and helpful and the this property was absolutely beautiful and magical. If you are a nature person, this is the perfect place for you. Only stayed one night even though we tried to make arrangement to stay longer as Holbox is by far my favourite place on this planet. This property is a perfect representation of this magical island. (make sure you go to the bio luminescent tour if you ever visit Holbox - breath-taking)

Very low pressure of water in the shower

Nice little homes in the nature, quite comfortable and with everything we needed. Cute raccoons wondering around.

We had a few scorpions in our room (4 in total). The first time we got really scared but most of the time nobody was at the reception so we couldn’t get help. We ended un asking to a neighbouring supermarket where they were really nice and helped us. In the end the staff got back to us saying we could change rooms if we wanted, so we did, but the next day we had two scorpions in that room as well.
