Unfortunately the service during Thanksgiving was non existence. The TV didn’t work, the sheets were laundered but visibly stained and there was no room service even when requested each day of my four night stay. A call to the number on the “How was your stay” survey for the hotel was answered with concern and that he would check it out in person and call me back. NO return call since my call in December. This is now February and I am left with calling Wyndham directly with this sad report.

This is a very neat hotel, but not comfortable to just hang out in the room. The bathroom was beautiful and super modern, which didn’t fit the era of the hotel, but I loved it. I would recommend putting up curtains in addition to the blinds because the hall light beamed in all night. There also is nowhere to get ice or water, so bring your own.

It was quant and Ramesh the concierge was very hospitable and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was subpar. There was hair and dust on the floor that we had to clean up and the sink and bathroom mirror were not clean and the bed sheets were stained and had hair throughout. We arrived at 7:30pm after a two hour drive and had to address these issues before being able to rest unwind.

Clean quaint rooms and common areas. Friendly staff. Pretty bedding.

Would love if there was a coffee/tea station in the lobby area. But overall I still love the place.
