Beachside All Suites Hotel

I was sent to the wrong suite that had already been assigned to another guest. As there was no one answering the phone, I had to walk to the front desk which is 4 blocks away. Furniture was broken and white bedspread was stained either dried blood spots. The place is quiet and exterior looks clean but not cared for properly.

Missing everything in the kitchen Bathroom dirty and need a lot of maintenance I requested for higher floor and they gave me a lower room Paid $250 per night , and it deserve $90 dollars this room nothing else Reception was a disaster waited 1 hour until my turn came to give me the keys Only 1 guy not very friendly Will never go there anymore To avoid

Took us forever to find our room. Wasn't on the property.

Priestor ako ubytovanie bol čistý, uteraky a šampony. V spoločných priestoroch boli lehátka. Spali sme len jednu noc, kedže sme si predlžovali pobyt.

Nestukočne vlhko, čo 10 blokov nižšie, kde sme byvali týždeň predtým sme necítili, slabé vybavenie kuchyne, nič na umývanie v kuchyni, cez steny bolo počuť všetko. Tieklo umyvadlo. Foto s bazenom v ubytovaní sme nedostali, čo nekorešponduje s ponukou, bolo 10 blokov inde.

I liked because it was close to the beach, spacious, luminous, quiet. The bed was comfortable. The floor was dirty, nobody came to clean. The bus station was in front of the building. I did not have a hair driyer in the room. I loved the beach, no crowds, very clean, with showers, clean toilets, drinking water, nice park.

The kitchenware was very poor and was not well equipped one glass, one knife for two people, no toaster, no bowls, no detergent. I had to buy a towel for the kitchen. The floor was very damaged in the apartment. It was not luxury and I did not expect it. The cleaning staff does not speaks English in the hotel.

Very comfortable

When booking there were pictures of a pool, we expected to have a pool there wasn't one. We wouldve stayed somewhere else of we knew there wasn't going to be a pool.
