Please note Beachside Apartment Hotel has several locations. Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID. Please note that prepaid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment. Housekeeping services are every 3 days. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. This is a 100% non-smoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file. Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs, and an additional $250 pet FEE (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit must be paid with a credit card and will be refunded at check-out subject to a successful damage inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Service animals stay for free.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. La localización es claramente lo mejor, y rn segundo lugar la amplitud de la habitación.

El personal bastante desastroso. Al llegar me dieron una llave que no funcionaba, al cambiarla me dieron otra pero resultaba que en la habitación ya había una persona! A eso hay que sumarle que la oficina no está en el mismo edificio, así que había que ir y venir con todas las maletas. Además estuve 3 días sin toallas, a pesar de pedirlas multiples veces. Y la habitación hacía mucha olor a humedad….

Location

No curtains at windows, roaches, bed on wood and bricks, no soap or nothing. No cookware like it said. Tv in bedroom.didnt work. Ac was not clean both living and bedroom. Staff waa told it was said they had no pots and no curtains etc...
