Please note Beachside Apartment Hotel has several locations. Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID. Please note that prepaid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment. Housekeeping services are every 3 days. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. This is a 100% non-smoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file. Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs, and an additional $250 pet FEE (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit must be paid with a credit card and will be refunded at check-out subject to a successful damage inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Service animals stay for free.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
