Please note Beachside Apartment Hotel has several locations. Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID. Please note that prepaid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment. Housekeeping services are every 3 days. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. This is a 100% non-smoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file. Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs, and an additional $250 pet FEE (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit must be paid with a credit card and will be refunded at check-out subject to a successful damage inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Service animals stay for free.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Todo muy lindo la atención y el lugar muy cómodo y cerca de la playa 🤗

Solo que deberían tener un número de WhatsApp para que los extranjeros podamos comunicarnos por ahí . Y que creo que se olvidaron dejarnos cubiertos y vasos y platos porque nose si venían incluídos o no ,tuvimos que comprar descartables.

"This stay was terrible, stressful, and the worst part of our week long vacation."

The location was nice

First room we were in had black mold and cockroaches, and we had a stranger try getting in our window, so we had to switch rooms at 2am, finally got to sleep around 4am after a very thorough search for bugs, just to be woken up at like 7am to the housekeeping walking right in while we were sleeping.

Pésimo aseo, nevera muy muy sucia, muebles muy sucios, no había horno microondas, ni utensilios de cocina, luego de reclamar entregaron algo totalmente insuficiente. Pisos rotos y sucios. No suministraron papel toilet suficiente, solo un rollo para varios días y varias personas. Administrador descortés y grosero manifestando que Beachside no responde, que debe ser BOOKING!!! SIN servicio de internet /Wi-Fi. Habitación muy ruidosa. NUNCA RESERVEN con este alojamiento, ni directo, ni a través de Booking, ni de otras plataformas. Booking tampoco soluciona!

TODO PÉSIMO en BEACHSIDE APARTAMENTOS HOTEL. Ofrecen unos servicios y condiciones que no cumplen. UN LUGAR MUY SUCIO, DESASEADO, ASQUEROSO, MUY DETERIORADOS pisos rotos, paredes, no hay conexión de Internet.

I didn't like one thing with this establishment! They are a bait and switch property and booking dot come is part of the hustle! They show you one hotel a block from the beach with a pool, but actually send you to another hotel they manage 2 blocks away. Fellow citizens take note "DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE" Very unfriendly staff especially 20 something Cuban guy with a beard . Bad news at this place!

I didn't like a thing about this establishment! What a ripoff joint!
