Affordable, good aircon, great location, tv in room. Lovely staff. Not the comfiest most luxurious room but reasonable and clean for what you pay.

The villa was nice. Pool was clean. The staff were all so friendly

The layout. The bedroom and bathroom were on seperate levels. For a day we didn’t have hot water. It’s a small space

The best value-for-money boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Definitely staying here again.

Nice entrance and floral flagrance of the hall, clean room, couteous and kind staff members, welcome drink tea is really tasty, quiet environment

The card key and the physical key should be one, it is confusing and could easily forget the card in the room

The hotel is beautifully located above a florists & cafe who take pride in their creativity and decorations. The rooms are very big and modern with aircon and a fridge available. The hotel also kindly offer complimentary drinks on arrival and snacks

There isn’t anything we disliked. From the pictures on booking.com it did seem that there would be a pool available however upon arrival we were advised this was for the villa guests only so maybe making that known on the profile would be useful but other than that all excellent and attentive.

Close to old town centre, busy road and central. Linen was clean.

The pictures were a bit catfish, the rooms looked tired and shabby, water stains on walls and cracks. Hard beds. Weird smell from bathroom. Towels were greying. Very small for double room, no private coffee table or utilities.
