Amazing views!!

Amazing view, incredibly helpful and friendly owners, great food at the restaurant.

Phenomenal view and beautiful gardens. We saw four toucans from the verandah outside our room. Restaurant upstairs served very good food.

Room is quite small and bed was a little springy but for the price was acceptable.

Loved it!...... because it was quiet, comfortable, had a restaurant on site, perfectly groomed grounds, a view of lake Arenal, Tucans flying around, a short distance from the Arenal Vocano..... I mean, what's not to like? We plan on going back to Arenal and will definitely stay here again.

This is not a resort, just a good old fashioned clean hotel to relax before starting your adventure.

Very friendly staff, good food, fantastic view and all that for such a low room rate. Plenty parking space besides hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated, could use an update.

Scenic and lots of birds, often monkeys pass through. We saw 3 toucans flying through.

Shower didn’t work right.

The couple that own this place are nice. I am sorry to leave a negative review for them but was really shocked by this place.

Our room was extremely dirty, musty and not well kept. I am surprised this place has such positive reviews. Firstly we had cockroaches, which this one I would expect because you are very close to the forrest. Secondly there was tons of mice droppings all over the windowsill and floor. We didn't have hot water either in our room. I was very disappointed in general. I didn't stay for breakfast because I saw mouse droppings all over the tables for breakfast as well and decided to pass.
