Please note that there are no banks or ATMs in or around the hotel. Beforehand you should know that Tortuguero is a town of only 0.6 mile of extension. It is very far away from the city as you may know it. It is a town where many species of animals live; among them: mammals, birds and other species in protection of the Tortuguero National Park. Occasionally the light can go out and the water as well. The hotel has no control over these events but we try to do everything possible so that this is not an impediment to the enjoyment of your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The garden is amazing, with animals and flowers, the location is perfect, close to everything but not directly on the main street. The spa and laundry service are very good for rainy days. The room was clean and comfortable. Good wi fi.

A bit overpriced, but Costa Rica is an expensive country

L'emplacement

Espace piscine très très petit... nous n'avons pas pu y aller car à chaque il n'y avait plus de transat. Avons réservé deux chambres car car avons voyagé avec nos enfants, l'hôtel n'a pas fait ce qu'il fallait pour que nos chambres soient côte à côte. Nous n'étions pas dans le même bâtiment.
