Please note that there are no banks or ATMs in or around the hotel. Beforehand you should know that Tortuguero is a town of only 0.6 mile of extension. It is very far away from the city as you may know it. It is a town where many species of animals live; among them: mammals, birds and other species in protection of the Tortuguero National Park. Occasionally the light can go out and the water as well. The hotel has no control over these events but we try to do everything possible so that this is not an impediment to the enjoyment of your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Had a wonderful stay."

Location of the hotel was perfect. Beach on one side and mail street close by. Room was good and awesome breakfast. The pool was good too. All and all we had a wonderful time.

"Nice, clean place with friendly staff to spend 2 days in Tortuguero"

Nice little hotel with direct access to the beach. The pool was small yet clean. As we were visiting in low season we had it badically for ourselves. In high-season it might get crowdy.

No wifi in the room. You had to go to the reception area

"Loved our stay!"

Really pleased with our stay. The room was quite small but we weren't in it anyway. The aircon was very good and definitely needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and you could walk straight out onto the beach. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfy. Booked some tours with a company the hotel recommended and they were brilliant.
