Hotel Tortuguero Beachfront

Great location in the middle of a street with many restaurants and shops. Great pancakes and omelet in breakfast. Comfortable beds. Very nice people and service. Free coffee and rea all day. Had a great time.

The water flow in the shower is very weak.

Lovely beachfront property and easy access to the main shops and restaurants. Rooms were very clean with air conditioning. Staff very polite and helpful. Good WiFi throughout.

There was no hot water for a shower and the instant water heater wasn’t effective at all so ended up having cold showers.

Location was good, although it needs a footpath - dragging suitcases over mud was not a great start… Breakfast (omelettes, pancakes) was good but could do with more fruit…

There is no bar. There is no storage space. They seem to take on lots of school parties

Staff is so much helpful and location is beautiful

I think hotel have to do after completing the reservation they should to send proper location to their clients because of location people facing problems

Reception staff excellent, Cameron very welcoming. Good pool, lovely gardens. Great breakfast, omelettes were amazing!

The room smelled damp, the toilet didn’t work properly and there were tiles missing in the floor which were quite dangerous and sharp.
