Great views. Plenty of parking. Good ski room. Friendly staff

Restaurant a bit overpriced in the evening. Breakfast adequate but one day they had run out of fruit salad and bacon. Staff friendly but we asked 3 times to get our room safe unlocked so we could use it. After the third ask we gave up. It is an 8 min ute drive up to the resort but we knew that. There is a bus that stops 75 yards away

Last-minute booking for Monday evening. Called in earlier, and the team switched on the steam & sauna, which was a nice treat after a long day on skis. The restaurant was closed on Mon/Tue as announced, but there are food options nearby (need a car). The rooms looked newly renovated at a high standard. Nice shower! They had a good breakfast with flexible timings, and they had great coffee. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Breakfast needs to be enhanced. As breakfast available till 10:30 am but post 9-9:30 am, things are not adequately available including plates and cutlery

Staying in Boutique Hotel Panorama for my birthday for good reasons. We chose this place because of the perfect view and spa. In reality it was better than expected, not even talking about dinner and breakfast where we got freshly cooked eggs. Spa area not very big, but you can find sauna and hammam and nice chairs where to rest outside it. There was also water and tea for everyone next to the sauna, which we really appreciated. In owerall the hotel, the staff was great, nothing to complain, if you plan a fancy stay with a balcony, this is the one.

Super comfortable beds and for once finally pretty darkening curtains. I wish we could have spent more than 1 night as i haven't had a better sleep in TOTAL PEACE in forever. Stunning view and soooooo quiet at night! Breakfast was included in the price (which isn't standard in switzerland), Coffee and eggs were freshly made upon request. the hotel answered all our questions upfront via e-mail in a very friendly manner. They were also ready to have us call while traveling in case the sauna wasn't heated yet upon our arrival 🤩 we chose the hotel because it has a spa and warming up in the sauna or steambath is just a treat in winter. Great complimentary natural bath products in your room AND at the shower in the spa if you use that type of fragranced substance. Bus stops literally in front of the hotel, so if you pack light it's also reachable via public transport. Friendly staff who understands english when your french fails 🤣

The elevator is a bit old and bumpy. the spa is really small and there were no more clean tea cups when we arrived at the spa. At breakfast juice didn't get filled up. completely 'irrelevant' sidenote but an absolute easy way of making it the tad better than others: it would have been nice to get a little surprise as birthday gift (the day before arrival), like even just a free prosecco or welcome drink or anything.
