Nicely renovated small Hotel, super clean and good facilities, loads of storage room and big bathroom with Dyson hairdryer. Very comfortable and large bed as well as super good towels. Breakfast selection is very small but the stuff they offer is tasty and fresh and local. Fresh croissants included. Small downside is the tiny spa area which does not fit more than two people, I see an issue if you go in high season. If you go skiing I recommend not taking the bus which only goes once per hour but go to Crans with the car and park at Clovelli parking, its only 1chf/hour which is cheaper than all other parkings and only a 5min walk away from Arnouva lift.

Newly renovated (probably within the past 2 years) Clean and comfortable, with upto date plug points and slider blinds for the windows. Dyson hairdryer and ventilator installed in the rooms. Balcony view was nice. Ate dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant which was nice. Lots of parking places. The general manager Albina was very helpful and friendly, and offered us a free late afternoon check out.

It was unfortunate that the hotel appeared to be understaffed for the busy seasonal time. Lack of maid services and our bathroom had no shampoo or shower gel. Breakfast offering was minimal. On the 1st day, at breakfast the croissants were warmed up from frozen, and were not correctly prepared (uncooked inside) After informing the staff about this, they removed them, and on the 2nd day they seemed to be fine. Apart from these minor details, I do believe the staff will be attentive to the criticisms and make best efforts to improve for their next customers.

I traveled alone with my dog. Room was not large but very well appointed even with a lap desk. Bed was very comfortable. Spa quality soaps and shampoo. Room was ready for my dog with a water dish. I did not ski but used the spa for an excellent massage. Restaurant cuisine and service was excellent. Breakfast was included. Excellent as well with beautiful mountain views. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great staff and loved the smaller size of the hotel. Great views when there are no clouds.

Breakfast was a little lacking for the price you pay for the stay
