some water was dripping on the roof outside the window, but it was not raining, the sound was annoying

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. And the service was superb. Would stay here again.

I loved this was a truly boutique hotel.

Not just about this property but many properties do not have air conditioning for the increasingly hotter summer.

Amazing views. Excellent food in the restaurant. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had everything you could need and more! Secure lock up for bicycles, which they kindly let me use for my motorbike. The place has a luxurious ambience - a request by a fellow traveller for a chair for her LV handbag was fulfilled, no questions asked. But as a biker, I found the hotel equally friendly and accommodating.

It would benefit from air conditioning. It was very hot during the day and no way to cool the room for sleeping. The single room was comfortable but felt a little expensive for the size.

Hotel is nice renovated and with dyson hair dryer and fan. Very lovely and nice view from the terrace. Parking for free (roomprice incl.) Front of the hotel, 10min drive to Cran Montana village

Hotel without AC in the rooms and restaurant, in summer time a bit difficult. No Pillow oppurtinity, ours in the room was for us both to flat because the bed was harder then ours at home. Breakfast diversity is not so big but the taste was good. We were in the 3th floor, this is accessible only with the stairs from 2th floor on.

The staff is not professional and not helpful.. they should hire people who speak the national langage to avoid this kind of situation. They charge you more and not able to provide a detail receipt!

The room was very beautiful, and the bed very comfortable, unfortunately the pillows were too big and not comfortable.

It is a very comfortable, modern yet charming chalet with a wonderful spa and excellent restaurant. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The view over the valley and the mountains is stunning.

The pillows are very good if you are a side sleeper, but too thick for a back sleeper
