The Waterloo Hotel

Great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you'd need. The spa was lovely too. The staff were lovely, the lady who served us in the restaurant was really helpful, very busy but still made time for us.

Friendly staff, room clean, bath in room, swimming pool useful but small.

Overpriced for a 3*hotel with average facilities. Swimming pool and gym small. Food average but good enough.

Great location, plenty of car parking. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and choice of pillow types. Super friendly staff.

The room was too hot even with the radiator off and windows open.

The lodge was nice and clean bed was lovely and comfy and shower was great and the area was very nice aswel. Breakfast was good asweli didn’t have a cooked one but husband enjoyed it

There was no fridge to keep milk in that is why it was in our sink in cold water to try and keep fresh but one of the cleaners chucked it out!!!! No evening meal on Mondays \ Tuesday if I’d have seen that probably wouldn’t have booked the place.. swimming pool was adequate but I think somebody needs to give filter on the side of the jacuzzi a good clean…

Hotel was very good - clean throughout - good service friendly staff - great location

Breakfast was not the best . Bacon was very tough and not much flavour in other items . Did like being served .
