The Waterloo Hotel

Frühstück war gut.

Instabiles WLAN, ist mehrmals ganz ausgefallen. Aussenanlgen waren ungepflegt, Hotel aussen auch. Fenster staubig und verschmiert

We stayed in a standard lodge which is a stones throw from the main hotel and spa. The room was lovely with two very comfortable single beds and a lovely big bathroom with a shower over a bath. The Spa Access was great It’s a short walk back up into the village so a good location for exploring Betws itself. Breakfast was ok

The stream room wasn’t working in the spa which is only small so it meant there was always a cue for the sauna which was only big enough for 3 people at a time.

Everything. The staff were brilliant the food was delicious the room was outstanding. We were in wales for a week and booked into the Waterloo the night before we got the ferry home. We werej7st looking for a place to stay before travelling home. We were blown over when we arrived and wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back. The location is perfect for an adventure in north Wales and we look forward to that adventure. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but will on our next visit.

We were working in Bala….. so made it to hotel just in time as food orders closed at 8pm !! But service was good and food good so all ok

Lady on reception when we arrived not very welcoming. No smile, no welcome, very staged Sausages on Saturday morning breakfast poor quality real shame as let the breakfast down Beautiful bathroom in room 27 but plastic seals around shower screen mouldy and dirty really let the whole room down
