Island Inn at 123 West

Super clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Perfect location, just next to the ferry at Friday Harbor. Wonderful service -- their "Island Ambassador" Theo called me a couple days before the stay to ensure that I had all the details of the property, and also gave me a lot of info about the island, tourist activities, restaurants, etc.

Shower wasn't super well separated from the rest of the bathroom, so some water got on the floor. Their front desk closes at 10 PM, so we checked in via a coded lock box -- very easy and smooth, but just something to be aware of.

Location was excellent, room was very nice, a kitchenette would have been nice as we were there for work. View was very nice, off site parking was good although in peak season probably a lot harder to find.

I know they stress that there are a lot of steps but 47 each way to my room? Quite a lot.

Great location with a view of Friday Harbor. The room was very spacious, had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were excellent. Theo, the on-site staff person, was outstanding–very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. The room was very light, even with all the blinds closed. Other than the bed, the furniture was more interesting than comfortable. Definitely recommend Golden Triangle Thai, San Juan Island Brewery for dinner, and Harbor House (next door) for breakfast. If you knit or crochet, don't miss Island Wools.

Best location in town, you're right next to anything you'd want to do. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants within a five minute walk. Great views, great prices. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice amenities like coffee and TV. Thank you!

The Island Inn had amazing customer service! I was impressed with how helpful they were. The room was also amazing and they even left us treats. The location was perfect as well (very walkable) and had beautiful views. The self-check in process was simple and easy.

Theo was the most attentive guest host from beginning to end. The room was incredible, huge, luxurious and had a partial view of the harbor. The decor was gorgeous and fun, the bed was SO comfy. It was right in the middle of town and the suite was huge. Absolutely my favorite place I e ever stayed!
