"Convenient to Heathrow with the Hoppa Bus picking up and dropping of regularly"

Stayed for 1 night before a early morning flight, hotel is large and rooms were sound proof. A couple of restaurants within the hotel or within walking distance of other eateries.

"Great location near airport to facilitate travel"

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The gym, pool and sauna a great way to unwind after travel. Close to the airport which made travel transitions easy. Staff were friendly and accommodating of our needs.

The food for breakfast and dinner were average quality for the high price.

"I was comfortable but quite irritated by not being able to use my hairdryer."

The staff were excellent. The bar restaurant was very good. The location was convenient to the airport. The bed was comfortable. TV worked.

There was only one thing I didn’t like., that was access to electrical outlets for use w my hairdryer. There was NO outlet in the bathroom which supported the current of my hairdryer. Next to the bedroom mirror there an outlet but it could not be used with my plug or even with my own adapter! I could not use any of the other room outlets. Not even for my phone or watch which required a USBC plug. Eventually, the gracious guest staff lent me an adapter, but it took 3 phone calls & 2 visits from maintenance.

Lovely hotel and great location for Airport

We upgraded to Executive Lounge Pass as I seen on email I received that I could get a beer between 6pm and 8pm. Only soft drinks available if I knew that beforehand I wouldn't have paid for upgrade
