Sawrey House

David is such a great host. The views for both breakfast and from the rooms are spot on and everything is so relaxed. It's not super modern and that's what's nice. It's very country about it all.

If you want gadgets in your stay, this isn't it. But you don't need them. Just bring something as TV choice is poor.

The comfort of the room exceeded expectations as did the decor, the breakfast was amazing with great service and planned out well. The host was wonderful although didn’t catch his name. We enjoyed the bar that was inside one evening that we didn’t realise was there, lovely extra touch! Over all the hotel was amazing and would highly recommend

Nice property with plenty of thought in reception rooms decor and objet da.

Paying the same room rate as a couple £90 pn) but finding myself in the smallest room overlooking the car park with the single bed and not enough room to swing a cat !!
