Location and small club atmosphere

San Francisco was extremely hot - heat wave - and the room was not air conditioned. This isn’t criticism, as air conditioning is not normally needed in the City.

Breakfast was OK although the slices of bread were rather thick for my liking; the coffee cups and dishes were rather small so would have preferred a larger size for my drink and space to put more than one item of food upon. One big problem - there were no napkins of any sort available; very odd for the UC not to provide them for a meal.

The staff were excellent, especially Natalie and Stanley who gave us first class advice Thank you, Alice and Clifford Rosen

Bed and room were gross. Possibly unwashed sheets.

La ubicación, en el sector alto de la calle Fácil llegada.

Instalaciones demasiado antiguas. El enchufe con cable alargador. No tenía calefacción, ni ropa de cama extra, por tanto, tuve frío. El desayuno, básico y más aún servido sin reponer ni el agua. Relación precio-calidad, negativa. Personal del hotel, deficiente. Todas las noches, se oye un ruido metálico muy fuerte en la calle, que nos despertaba constantemente.
