disturbance from the cable cars running on the road stairs squeezing because they are all wooden and the noise from them are all heard in the room may be its something very specific to the room i stayed

The location was great and considering how old and dated the hotel was it was clean thankfully.

The hotel is OLD and DATED. The staff were barely polite at best and not helpful. No A/C in the room to shut out any noise for light sleepers like me. At $200 a night way overpriced.

Cable stop. Quiet rooms. Clean room everyday. Staff accommodating. Great location. Will go back.

No fridge in room.

The Club is well situated in San Francisco to get anywhere that you might need to travel. The Club is located on a high point of the city and gets a majestic view across the Bay and City area. The rooms are large, very large by comparison with other hotels. The decor is of a period nature and that adds to the charm of the Club. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has luggage storage for pre and post study stay. Located on an intersection it has easy access to two different trolley car systems, a must travel when you visit San Francisco. A continental style breakfast is provided with your accommodation and this is both plenty and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The history of the building and those who have visited, stayed, supported and guided, is extremely interesting and uplifting to anyone involved with higher education, like us.

There is no ramp to the front door, but that didn’t bother us, however might be challenging for those that can’t lift their luggage or have mobility requirements.

Great location and very cool hotel!

The room we stayed in was very noisy from inside as we constantly heard people or staff walking or moving stuff. We stayed in room 12. Do not stay in room 12. Staff were willing to move us to another room but it was our decision to stay as we were already in it.

Super Lage, direkt an Cable Car Haltestelle, gegenüber Sixt-Autoverleih. Die Bar im 4. Stock gigantisch! Sehr stimmungsvolles Hotel. sehr empfehlenswert!!
