Ligging is perfect

Good location on the water. Staff addressed booking problems .

When we arrived and told the parking attendant we had a reservation, he told is we didn't and the place was full. Went inside to talk to someone and found out they did not have the two reserved room available. We had to all pile into one room the first night until a second room was available the next day. They gave is free breakfast all the days of our stay, so it was ok. Sill the two pool view rooms I booked we're never made available to us. To be fair, we ran into similar issue at other places during our trip to Nicaragua, so there seems to be a general disconnect on how to handle online booking sites.

Location on the lake

We booked a family room which said in description that it comes with a view of the pool and lake but when we got to the property, we were checked into a room at the back with no view, next to the main road. On asking reception, they informed that they don’t have a room to give with that description. We felt cheated and mislead.

The restaurant was nice. Wait staff was pleasant. AC worked well.

The room had 1 full bed but the add on Bookings said 2 beds. Rooms were small and dark. Just a sliver of a view from our room/cabin. Front desk staff was okay.

If you need to travel with your car, you can contact the hotel, and they can’t make the reservation for the car or van so you don’t have to going crazy trying to get your car in the ferry you need to travel with your car, you can contact the them to tell and they can’t make the reservation or if you don’t have transportation they send you a transportation is very comfortable van for only $30 for your family. We was 8a People. and this is very important. They are tendons name is Salvador and odornilio they was amazing.

I don’t have any complain. This is my third time in this hotel and always I get very happy.
