Hotel Villa Paraiso

Beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms were clean, nice and comfortable and had warm water in the bathroom. Good coffee and a restaurant on the premises.

Nowhere to plug in the fridge, so it was not usable. Not a big deal unless you’re planning to use it. The room flooded from the rain because of the floor was sloping into the room from the porch.

Location was wonderful, exotic, the food was great.

We were not provided a Family Room as reserved. We would like a refund for that room as it was not provided. The bathroom shower and sink were not very clean but still could be used.

The main town at the Boat ferry is pretty grim, so Santa Domingo and that coast are a welcome retreat. This hotel is right on the lake front, i had a lake view cabin. Very nice staff. Suggest you hire a car of moto scooter etc. Super views of Volcan Conception when swimming in the lake .

The wifi was a bit patchy and they had a power outage (typical in Nic). I was lucky my room was near the main building, so got at least some weak wifi

Personnel was available at all times to respond to my questions and attend my needs. Crepes and in general the food was good at the restaurant. Well priced. I loved their access to the beach. Ease to get a bus ride across the street.

The property was great! Awesome to be on the beach and we also played in the pool!

Some of the restaurant staff were great, others were not so friendly.

Beds could use a update. Tv never worked. Wifi was spotty.

Over seen the lagoon was great every morning.
