Hyatt Place St Augustine Vilano Beach

Nice hotel they made a mistake with my bill and overcharged me. However they did correct the mistake and refunded me

Pleasant way to end a tour of Florida. Can't wait to go back to experience the beach and all the other amenities. Saw the roof top bar but didn’t frequent it. Super cool feature especially for a Hyatt Place.

We stayed here on a recent Friday night. The staff is very friendly as are the valet guys. The hotel is about a block to the beach and right across the street from Publix and some places to eat. Everything was nice with our stay, can't think of one thing to complain about. We sat out by the pool in a shady spot and enjoyed the breeze. We could hear some music from the rooftop bar in our room but it wasn't loud and didn't go on late.

The doors are always slamming at all hours of the day and night. You are not able to rest because the beds are about 20 years old and not comfortable. The valet is very expensive and you have to give tips as well. The carpet is old and smells like dog. These people are not friendly and the hotel looks run down nothing like the pic you see when making a reservation.
