Smelt a bit musky in the lounge area

The room was dirty and smelt it was very tired looking the stair carpet and room carpet was filthy we only stayed one night and left early it was very noisy

The pillows and bedding g was stained the toliet was dirty the shower had black dust all over it it smelt in the room

Location was good the owner did refund quickly. Shame really all it needs is a new sofa bed and bed and it would have been ok. Very cheap i guess you get what you pay for.

Dirty stained sheets dirty heaverly stained sofa and put up bed was one that just folds on the floor. Suffered bites up my arms from either fleas or bed bugs. Door wasn't secure you could see daylight. Fire exit unlocked good job we noticed and locked it. Didn't want to stay overnight but after a 3 hour rough journey had no choice didnt sleep on the bed just on the fold up beds on the floor. Owner didnt feel like it was dirty

Excellent location, and free parking was available. Check-in and check-out were handled over the phone, and I never met the owner in person, which was unusual but didn't cause any issues. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, comfortable for a one-night stay, and very reasonably priced.

There was no sink in the bathroom, so the kitchen sink had to be used instead, which was inconvenient. The towels provided were very small and quite scratchy. The décor was dated and could benefit from some updating. The apartment was located on the top floor and required climbing several flights of stairs, which may be difficult for some guests. The floorboards were also very squeaky, making it difficult to move around quietly without creating noise.

You get what you pay for ( we paid £48 for a night in the top apartment) so there is value for money , as in it’s very close to the beach and there is on the street parking kind of always available. Bed sheets were clean , toilet bowl was clean and the lady with the codes was very prompt in providing them.

The bad things… the room smelled like a wet dog. The Kitchen smell reminded me of an old unused kitchen at my great grandparents whom were 90yo. The drawers would not have been usable from anyone’s standpoint as they were utterly dirty. Both rooms had a small window each which was not closing properly so there was a draft.
