I’ve been visiting this hotel since 1983 - it never disappoints.

So sad to hear Johnny is no longer amongst us. His bus tour commentary and the piano session afterwards is sorely missed.

What a superb experience! Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful, room was light, airy and welcoming, dinner superb and breakfast even better!

My wife wished for a full length or just bigger mirror in the room and the shower-in-bath with fixed glass panel was not great, as the taps can only be reached from within the shower.
